Return to Email Migration

If you are using a 3rd party e-mail application, please refer to your vendors' documentation.

1. Launch the E-Mail application.
2. Tap the menu (hamburger) menu and select Settings.
3. Select your e-mail account.
4. Scroll to the Server Settings section.
5. Tap Incoming Settings and edit the appropriate settings.
   • Username - Make sure this matches your e-mail address.
   • Server - Change this to mail.hostedemail.com.
   • Port - This should be 993 for IMAP, 995 for POP.
   • Security type - Set this to SSL/TLS.
6. Tap Done to save the changes.
7. Select Outgoing Settings and edit the appropriate settings.
   • Username - Make sure this matches your e-mail address.
   • Server - Change this to mail.hostedemail.com.
   • Port - This should be 465.
   • Security type - Set this to SSL/TLS.
8. Tap Done to save the changes.
