Return to Email Migration

If you are using a 3rd party e-mail application, please refer to your vendor's documentation.

1. Select the Settings icon to bring up the main settings screen.
2. Select Mail to load e-mail related settings.
3. Tap Accounts to pull up the list of configured e-mail accounts. Select your Arrai account.
4. Choose Account Settings
5. In the Incoming Mail Server section and edit the appropriate settings.
   • Host Name - Change this to mail.hostedemail.com
   • User Name - Make sure this matches your e-mail address
6. In the Outgoing Mail Server section, select the SMTP server.
7. Select your primary mail server. This should currently be smtp.arrai-mail.com
8. Make the appropriate changes in the Outoing Mail Server section
   • Host Name - Change this to mail.hostedemail.com
   • User Name - Make sure this matches your e-mail address
   • Use SSL - This must be checked
   • Authentication - This should be set to Password. Other methods are not guaranteed to work.
   • Server Port - Set this to 465
9. Select Done to save the SMTP server changes.
10. Tap Account Settings to go back to the settings screen
11. Select Done to finalize your changes
